We are in a constant state of anxious emergency.

We present Two Tribes walking to their own beat, they negotiate, they blend and then face up to a new future.

Look up, look down, look sideways.

Artist Bio

I began my art practice in a shop on a bridge. We sold mosaic tiles in a Roman city in England. It was beautiful and inspiring. I'm now back in Tasmania, which is just as inspiring and just as beautiful. What both places have in common are bucket loads of issues and inspiration to create from.

My study includes Art Foundation at the Bristol School of Art, units at Hobart’s College of Art, specific professional development mosaic workshops in Australia and Italy. I find joy in teaching and sharing my knowledge of mosaic making with schools, community groups and individuals.
